Any builder will tell you that unless you start with a solid foundation, you cannot build a great house. You can add all
of the granite countertops, top-of-the-line appliances and fine cabinetry you want, but unless the underlying structure
is sound, you may end up with a good house, but not a great one. The same principals apply to the face. Without great
structure, the end result will not be as attractive as you expect it to be. In the face, the underlying structure is made
up of the nose, cheeks, and chin. These three components give the face it’s balance and harmony. Commonly, I see patients
who have undergone a variety of facial plastic surgery procedures, and despite having few wrinkles, full lips, and wide eyes
they still feel that they don’t look as good as they could. In most of these cases the face is not balanced. Adding subtle
fullness to the cheeks or chin is often the finishing touch that is needed to make the eyes sparkle and the skin glow.
The procedure is performed through small incisions located inside the mouth. Recovery is quick. Results are subtle, yet dramatic.
