I have to say I am more than pleased with the browlift Dr. Menachof created for me. Creative is my word of choice because he is an artist. My face looks so natural, not plastic. Being a visual artist that does paintings and drawings of faces, I have a pretty discriminating eye. Prior to my surgery, I spent quite a bit of time researching various surgeons, but after viewing the before and after pictures of Dr. Menachof's Facial Cosmetic Surgeries, I could tell he was an artist and had the eye for detail. There was never any pressure from him or his staff. They treated me like family. Everyone was gentle, caring, and patient as they answered all my questions, and addressed any needs that came up before and after surgery. People that hadn't seen me in awhile, and knew nothing about my surgery, commented on how relaxed, rested and refreshed I looked. One even said I looked sixteen years younger! After seriously considering Rhinoplasty for a couple of years, I came to see you for a consultation in June 2006. You could not have been more patient or kind through my endless questions, the pictures I brought for us to review and as we discussed the subtle changes I wanted made to my nose. The computer technology you used to show me the "after" appearance was very helpful in me seeing that even very subtle changes/refinements would enhance my appearance and make my nose better fit my face. You performed my Rhinoplasty in November 2006 and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. The actual surgery and recovery went very well and , when the holiday season approached a mere few weeks later, no one was the wiser that I had surgery performed earlier that month.

When we were asked to write of our son's experience with Dr. Menachof and his office, our concern centered not on what to write, but rather on whether we would be able to summarize our positive thoughts briefly enough for those reading these testimonials.
Dr. Menachof and his entire office embody what my grandmother would have termed "gems". Our family considers itself lucky to have had, for the most part, excellent medical care here in Colorado and also in our previous locations; however, Dr. Menachof is truly exceptional. Of our four family members, only one is not (yet!) Dr. Menachof's patient. On the cosmetic side, the most serious procedure was the Otoplasty he performed on our eldest son. When our son began to indicate unhappiness with the appearance of his ears, we were hesitant to subject him to elective surgery. I was already an ENT patient of Dr. Menachof and knew of his outstanding qualifications to perform cosmetic facial surgery. He is the only surgeon we considered for our son's surgery based on his qualifications, his skills, his professionalism, his accessibility and that of his staff. Dr. Menachof's willingness to meet with myself, my husband, and our son, multiple times, to alleviate our concerns, address our questions and explain the procedure was of great assistance in determining to go forward with the surgery.
There has not been a single day since our son's surgery that he has not said he would do the whole thing again, even the recovery. He has little to no scarring and he looks amazing. I would not hesitate, nor have I hesitated, to highly recommend Dr. Menachof to anyone considering a cosmetic procedure, particularly for a younger aged child.
Additionally, we would also add that the Surgery Center where our son's surgery took place is an added convenience. Eliminating the trip downtown with a young child is priceless, and the child has the same surgical nurse with him pre and post surgery. The nurses are very well trained, and it is and extremely positive experience for the child.
Finally, Dr. Menachof is the only doctor that always shakes our son's hand at every appointment. Always, without fail. He is a true gem.
